Dues & payments
The HOA has a new accounting firm: RPMS
Starting March 2026, send HOA dues checks to RPMS at PO Box 97292, Las Vegas, NV 89193-7292. RPMS also offers online payment. If you didn't get an invoice from RPMS, email the board. A 60-day late-fee grace period is in place while everyone switches over.
A volunteer group is finding weak spots in the neighborhood and working on fixes. The board is also planning vegetation management in the small canyons and may ask for help. Email the board to get involved.
Use the updated form for any exterior change, including paint, landscaping, solar, fencing, and additions. Submit it to the superintendent before work starts.
The board is working toward reaching every household by email for announcements, meeting reminders, and urgent notices like fire safety alerts. Email is faster and saves the HOA printing and postage.

Fill out the architectural form completely and submit it before starting any improvement: painting, landscaping, additions, solar, pools, fencing, and more.

Make a plan
Write a fire action and evacuation plan for your household.
Decide now what you'll take: people and pets first, then computers, photos, and documents.
Know your route out of the neighborhood.
Before you evacuate
Close up the house as if you'll be gone for weeks.
Move flammable items away from the house.
Turn off the gas and turn on the lights.
Open gates and put trash cans out on the sidewalk.
Harden your home
Clean gutters of leaves and other burnable debris.
Repair roof cracks and lifted areas where embers can lodge.
Choose fire-resistant siding: stucco, stone, or concrete.
Install ember-resistant vents (see below).
Remove dead, dying, or diseased plants near the house.
For outdoor furniture, choose PVC or polycarbonate over polyethylene or polypropylene.

Embers entering through attic and crawl-space vents are a leading way homes catch fire. The board's letter names these state-approved vent makers.

Vent replacements are an exterior change, so submit an architectural form to the superintendent before installing. The HOA does not endorse or sell any product; check with the manufacturer for the right size and model for your home.
